FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT MY PRACTICE.

Along with my RP registration, I have completed an eight month internship as a Psychospiritual Therapist receiving a certificate from the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care/Association canadienne de soins spirituels (CASC/ACSS). Conversations around faith and spirituality are welcome, should they be important aspects of your journey.

My therapeutic work is deeply influenced by the belief that youth, individuals, and families each possess strengths which contribute to their own healing journeys. I offer an eclectic approach, which is informed by polyvagal theory, ecological systems theory, and attachment theory. I use Somatic Awareness, Narrative Therapy techniques, Motivational Enhancement, and Nonviolent Communication. I also have training and experience with offering Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Emotional Disorders (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills groups.

I am never far from a non-fiction book. I thrive in nature where I find inspiration for creativity. It is an absolute privilege to do this work.
